- Do you deliver to my area?

*Free delivery up to 30 miles and no further than 60. 

- When will my slide be delivered?

*All units that are booked for a Saturday or Sunday will receive the "Weekend Special" and will be dropped off on Friday and picked up the following Monday. You will receive a text message on Thursday afternoon with your ETA for delivery on Friday.

*All weekday rentals will be scheduled with the customer depending on event times. 

- What do I need to provide? 

*You will need a water hose to reach the unit and connect to our water hose that stays permanently attached to the inflatable. 

*An outlet within 50 feet of the unit. 

- When will my unit be picked up?

*We start picking up weekend special rentals on Monday morning. This process may take longer due to water logged units and other issues, so we don't like to give ETA for pickup. We generally are able to get all units picked up in a timely manner.

- How do I operate my inflatable?

*We set everything up so all you will need to do is plug in the extension cord to your outlet when you are ready to have fun!

*For units with a pool, you'll want to fill the pool up first. Once it's full, you'll connect it to the water hose installed on the waterslide. The water should only be turned on very low, to a drip, where the water only falls onto the slide part. If you turn the water supply wide open it may spray outside the unit.
